Qualifications recognised under the Australian Qualifications Training
Framework (AQTF) can be delivered at various levels – from Certificate I
through to Certificate IV, plus Diploma and Advanced Diploma. These reflect
the levels of responsibility demonstrated within the workplace: ie. directed
worker, autonomous worker, team member, team leader, supervisory, management
or senior/executive management.
Workright® Australia is registered to deliver a comprehensive range of these
qualifications, in the areas of Frontline Management, Human resources,
Business Services, Training and Assessment, Information Technology and
Multimedia.
Each qualification or accredited course is identified by Codes that describe
the Training Package, the Level and the particular course; for example,
BSB30504. In this case, “BSB” describes the Training Package (Business
Services), “30” the Level (Certificate III), and “504” the particular course
(Frontline Management).

training courses that Workright® delivers, click here.
Each accredited course or qualification consists of between 8 and 14 Units of
Competency, made up of a group of Core Units, which are compulsory, and
Elective Units offering a choice of different subjects or streams.
Units of Competency can also be identified by codes that indicate the
Training Package, the stream and the level of Competence; for example,
BSBMKG402A. Here “BSB” reflects the Business Services Training Package, “MKG”
indicates the Marketing Steam, “40” reflects the Certificate level
(Certificate IV), and the final number “2” reflects the specific Unit of
Competence Code.
