Digislide is
an intellectual property development company and global licensor of
proprietary technology, which encompasses Digital Convergence, Video
Projection and Telecommunications, merged solutions.
Since being incubated by the Workright Centre for Entrepreneurship, all key
personnel have undertaken tailored training to conform to
the Technical Risk Management and Underlying Strategies that have been
set in place by the Board. This training was delivered as part of the
Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) and included Working in an
Innovative Environment, Technical Risk Management in opto-electronics,
Creating a Datapack, Manual Handling of Precision Lenses, Manual Handling of
Objective Lenses, Objective Lens Assembly, Undertaking PAL/NTSC Test Regimes
for the first two products.
In addition to this tailored training, Workright customised their generic
courses in Teams Culture, OHS, Production, Workplace Training and Assessment,
Admin & Finance to meet our unique needs.
In addition, members of the Board have undertaken training that assists in
their responsibilities related to Corporate Governance.
This
ongoing training and mentoring has enabled the company and its people to
continue to develop at an appropriate pace in line with our commercial needs.
