Chairman of the Board of Directors of Workright Australia, Christian has been involved with Workright Australia since 1994. He initially developed the first Workright Australia franchise in 1997, expanding it over a three-year period.

Chris's dynamic and energetic commercial thrust established Workright Australia as an entrepreneurial educational organisation. He has successfully negotiated on behalf of Workright clients at both a national and international level.

In 2002 Chris was appointed International Marketing Manager for Digislide. He subsequently worked with Michael Page Taxation. In 2004 he was the UK’s most prolific advertiser in the Financial Times Appointments. In 2006 he moved to a high profile specialist UK tax recruitment consultancy, focusing on corporate tax appointments in professional and financial services in central London.  From October 2006 – October 2008 Christian was Business Development Manager (Europe) for Digislide Holdings.

Christian joined Brewer Morris in 2008 after nearly six years living in London and Milan, and now heads up the tax recruitment business in Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

Christian graduated from Flinders University in 1999, where he studied Economics and International Business. Christian recruits tax professionals up to and including Tax Partners and Heads of Tax, across Australia and the Asia Pacific region. 

 


Luceille Outhred

Luceille Outhred, Executive Director (Digislide Holdings Pty Ltd, Vice President Digislide Americas) Luceille is a foundation Board Member, and the Corporate Leader of both Workright Australia, Workright Centre for Entrepreneurship and Workright Global. Luceille is responsible for the overall implementation of the direction of the Boards.

Luceille is a visionary leader. Her "over the horizon" perspective has enabled Workright to design and establish training programs, qualifications and a range of business consultancy services that have been both unique and timely in meeting the rapidly changing needs of business.

Luceille has more than 30 years experience in Education and Industry, working in both private and public sectors of secondary and tertiary educational organisations.

In 2000 Luceille was seconded to
Digislide Management - She is CEO of the Asia Pacific region as well as being honoured to be a finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year 2000 (South Australia). In 2007 she was a finalist in the Telstra Business Women’s Award (SA) and the Telstra Business Women’s SA Govt Business Innovation Award.


Luceille is the Chief Executive Officer of Digislide Holdings Limited. She steered the company from seed through to public listing on the ASX.


Luceille’s special interest is breaking down the digital divide, and the transference of technology to assist Vocational Training Systems to third world nations.

Luceille is also the Chair of the Quality Control Unit of Workright Australia.

John Outhred

John Outhred, Non-Executive Director (Digislide Holdings P/L and Digislide Americas)  John has had significant experience in Executive Management in Economic Development for large corporations, and has undertaken major projects on behalf of local government authorities and the Government of South Australia. His professional expertise is in Planning and Property development, which he practices through his private company Outhred English & Associates Pty Ltd. John is also a Board member of Workright Global Pty Ltd.

John specialises in land division advice and design, project management, and site analysis and selection.

John has over 35 years experience in planning and property development and has held executive positions in government for over 17 years.

Prior to the establishment of Outhred English he held the position of Director of Development at the former City of Noarlunga for over 6 years and was responsible for economic development, all statutory and strategic planning, building, and health functions. During this time, John was Chair of the Seaford Co-ordinating Committee and a key member of the Seaford Structure Planning Team. Seaford is a Joint Venture (private and public) urban development project that is developing 700 hectares of land over a 10-15 year period. He was also Chair of the Noarlunga Development Assessment Panel and the Noarlunga Centre Interim Steering Committee (1994-1996) which was responsible for redevelopment work to the Noarlunga Regional Centre totalling $1.8m.

John has experience managing extensive public consultation processes, including the Seaford land development, Transport SA surplus land at Darlington, and the Hackham West/Huntfield Heights suburb renaming and numerous Development Plan Amendment processes.

His land division experience includes broad acre industrial, commercial and residential land division developments, including a 165 allotment residential development undertaken by the City of Noarlunga, in 3 stages over 3 years.

John managed the Shacks Freeholding Project (Statewide) for the Land Management Corporation and Department for Environment and Heritage. More recently he has project managed the physical development of a number of sensitive coastal sites including Port Gibbon, Port Clinton, Port Julia, The Dipper, Balgowan, Hardwicke Bay and Port Turton.

He provides site analysis and selection services for a range of commercial and industrial clients. These have included the Land Management Corporation, Liberty Oil, Hickinbotham Group of Companies, Venuti Developments and Morris Child Care Centres.

John has extensive experience in the preparation and presentation of Statements of Evidence for the Environment, Resources and Development Court (SA).

John has a passion for demographics, maps, trains and Australian and American history.
